Return, Warranty, and Repair Policy

If you aren't happy with your gear, we aren't happy. If you are unhappy for any reason email or call us to let us and we will do our best to take care of you.

Returns and exchanges:

Return any un-opened, unused, undamaged product within 45 days for a full refund. Include the order number if possible and the reason for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:

1) The item is opened and/or missing parts (not due to our error)
2) Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product from the original owner. This warranty applies to our products that were purchased directly through us or any authorized retailers.

Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact
 us at: [email protected]. Please provide a detailed description of the issue with pictures, date of purchase, and where you purchased your product.

Our team will work with you through the claim process and provide instructions for returning the defective product if necessary.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or any damage caused by improper handling, storage or maintenance.

Examples of wear and tear include but are not limited to: holes/tears from animals chewing/scratching product, failed zippers due to dirt/sand on tents, damage from excessive UV exposure, excessive snow load left unattended on tents, breaks and tears due to accidental trips/falls. Modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer or any unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
