Return, Warranty, and Repair Policy

If you aren't happy with your gear, we aren't happy. We make gear that is designed to perform in the field, but if you are unhappy for any reason email or call us to let us and we will do our best to take care of you.

Returns 

Return any unused and undamaged product within 45 days for a full refund. Product needs to have original hang tags attached. Include the order number, name and the reason for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Argali is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted, subject to to Argali's discretion. Any product returned with dirt, grass or any sign of use will not be issued a full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to exchange your product for. The product being exchanged needs to be unused and undamaged with original tags still attached. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back.

Warranty

We strive to make the best products possible. We test our products to ensure they can withstand harsh conditions when properly cared for. We understand that our customers rely on our products to enhance their outdoor adventures and are committed to providing reliable and long-lasting equipment. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy:

Our warranty covers manufacture defects in workmanship materials for the life of the product from the original owner with proof of purchase. This warranty applies to our products that were purchased directly through us or any authorized retailers. Products purchased secondhand are not considered an original purchase.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the form here. You will need proof of purchase and may need to ship back the defective product. Please allow up to 3 days for us to process the warranty claims. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. For warranty claims where a new product is sent to the customer, Argali will ship to the customer free of charge within the United States. International customers are responsible for shipping to and from Argali.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or any damage caused by improper handling, storage or maintenance. Most products can be repaired at a reasonable and fair rate (see below). Examples of wear and tear include but are not limited to: holes/tears from animals chewing/scratching product, burn holes from stoves, failed zippers due to dirt/sand on tents, damage from excessive UV exposure, excessive snow load left unattended on tents, breaks and tears due to accidental trips/falls. Modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer or any unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
